Ray Dylan is a man who knows how to speak to the hearts of his fans. The well-known Afrikaans artist has been in the music industry for over three decades and has a string of hits under his belt, including Hokaai Stoppie Lorrie, Dis Verby, Jessica, and Hier binne klop ’n Boerehart, to name just a few.
And now, the talented singer-songwriter is back with a brand new single that is sure to make listeners swoon. “KOM LÊ MY VOOR JOU” is a romantic pop ballad dedicated to the love of Ray’s life, his wife Jessica.
The single was written, produced, and performed by Ray himself, and mixed and mastered by Vonk Musiek’s Tertius Human. This new release follows in the footsteps of other emotional tracks like Ek Wens and Vir Eens In My Lewe, as well as the dance hit, By Jou Voete Lê.
For Ray, this new single is especially meaningful as it is a piece of his own personal life that he is sharing with fans. “I wrote the song for my wife, Jessica, and am proud to admit that our marriage inspired the lyrics,” he said. “It is one of those songs that will make your heart skip a beat and remind you that there is someone special out there for everyone.”
In addition to his music, Ray is also busy with final arrangements for tours both locally and abroad, spending time on stage, and working on projects with other artists at his recording studio, RDM Studio.
