Join the 14th Shakespeare Schools Festival South Africa (SSFSA) from 8 to 27 May 2024 at the Star Theatre in Cape Town, featuring 42 schools and drama groups showcasing Shakespeare plays in innovative ways. With a theme of ‘Liberating Our Histories’, the festival encourages various performance methods and translates Shakespeare’s works into African languages. The SSFSA is a unique platform for young thespians to discover their dramatic potential non-competitively and learn life skills.
